We want you to be happy with your CleatCred order. If your decals arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@cleatcred.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Because our decals are custom-made per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or correctly fulfilled orders. If you have an issue, reach out and we'll find a solution.
