What is Cleat Cred?
Cleat Cred makes premium heel decals designed to give your cleats
(and spikes) a signature look with flags, numbers and icons that
actually last.
What products do you offer?
We offer adhesive heel decals for soccer, football,
baseball/softball, rugby, lacrosse and track spikes, plus designs
based on flags, numbers and icons.
Are the heel decals reusable?
No. Our decals are designed for a strong, long-lasting bond and are
not meant to be removed and reused.
Application & Durability
How do I apply my heel decals?
Clean and dry the heel area completely, peel the backing, position
the decal, press firmly from the center out, and smooth all edges to
lock it in.
Do they work on all cleats and spikes?
They work on most smooth plastic heel surfaces. Very textured,
cracked or soft foam heels may not hold the decal as well.
Are the decals waterproof?
Yes, the vinyl and adhesive are made to handle rain, wet fields,
sweat and regular washing, similar to other outdoor vinyl decals.
How long will they last?
With proper application on a clean, smooth heel, they are built to
last through many games and practices. Extreme abrasion or constant
dragging of the heel can reduce lifespan.
Will they damage my cleats when removed?
They should not damage the material. You may see some adhesive
residue, which can usually be cleaned with a soft cloth and a bit of
rubbing alcohol.
Compatibility & Customization
Which sports are Cleat Cred decals for?
They are designed for soccer, football, baseball/softball, rugby,
lacrosse and track spikes.
Can I use them on kids’ cleats?
Yes, as long as the heel is large and smooth enough for the decal to
adhere properly.
Can I get my team logo or name?
Yes. For team logos, names or numbers, please visit our Team

Orders, Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States (and will be adding more
regions over time).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard orders usually ship within a few business days. Shipping
times depend on the option you choose at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to
help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and usage reasons, used decals cannot be returned. If
your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make
it right.
Care & Troubleshooting
My decal is starting to lift on the edge. What can I do?
Clean and dry the area, press the edge back down firmly and avoid
flexing the heel for a few minutes. If the surface was dusty or oily,
adhesion can be reduced.
Can I wash my cleats as usual?
Yes. Rinse off dirt as normal. Avoid soaking the decal in harsh
chemicals or scrubbing it directly with rough brushes to maximize
life.
The decal didn’t stick well the first time. Why?
Most issues come from applying on a dirty, wet, textured or soft
surface. Make sure the heel is smooth, completely dry and free of
dust, mud and shoe care products before applying.
